Dry Idea Money Maker @ Walgreens


Coupons.com has a coupon for $2.00 off any Dry Idea Roll on Deodorant. Today at Walgreens I noticed there were Clinical Strength Deodorants that were Roll On. These are on sale for $5.99 this week.

Use the $2.00/1 Printable Coupon and pay only $3.99
Get a $5.00 Register Reward when you buy 1
= Profit of $1.01!


I was rolling this with the Colgate Vibrant White and the Bayer Quick Release Packets today!!!! Both of those are also $1.00 Money Makers, so it worked great!


Here was my plan for rolling!


I started with a few register rewards, and I wanted a few extra papers for the coupons.
I had 1 $4.50 RR from Colgate, 2 $2.50 RR from Bayer, and 1 $2.00 RR from Right Guard. Since all 3 of these were the same as products I was about to buy I had to be really careful how I set up my transactions. You can read more on how to Roll Register Rewards here


Here was how my transactions went this week:


Transaction #1

Colgate Visible White $4.49
3 Sunday Papers $3.75
Used 1 - $1.00/1 Colgate Visible White
Used 2- $2.50 Bayer Quick Crystal Register Rewards
Used 1- $2.00 Register Reward from Right Guard

= $0.24 OOP (Got Back $4.50 in Register Rewards)


Transaction #2

Dry Idea Deodorant $5.99
Skintamate Shave Gel $1.99
Filler - Clearance Breath Mints $0.14
Used 1- $2.00/1 Dry Idea Coupon
Used 1- $0.75/1 Skintamate Coupon
Used 1- $4.50/1 Colgate Coupon from Last Week

= $0.88 (Got back $5.00 RR from Dry Idea, & $1.00 RR from Skintamate)

Transaction #3

Dry Idea Deodorant $5.99
Bayer Quick Crystals $2.49
2 Fillers - Walgreens Kleenex $0.29 each
Used $2.00/1 Dry Idea Coupon
Used $1.00/1 Bayer Coupon
Used $4.50 Register Rewards from Colgate (Transaction #1)
Used $1.00/1 Skintamate Register Rewards (Transaction #2)

= $0.56 (Got Back $5.00 RR from Dry Idea, & $2.50 RR from Bayer)

Transaction #4

Filler - Clearance Jiffy Pancake Mix $0.22
Used $1.00/1 Colgate Coupon
Used $1.00/1 Bayer Coupon
Used $5.00 Register Reward from Dry Idea

= $0.20 OOP (Got Back $4.50 RR from Colgate, & $2.50 RR from Bayer)

Transactions 2 & 3 can be repeated as many times as you want if you want to keep "rolling" them back and forth.

At the end of the day my out of pocket was $1.88 plus tax!
I started with $11.50 in Register Rewards and Ended with $14.50 in Register Rewards
= $1.12 Profit!!!! Plus I got 2 Colgate's, 2 Dry Idea Clinical Strength, 2 Bayer, 1 Skintamate, and 3 Newspapers!!!

    At one store (Fayetteville Mall Store) the Bayer coupons were on the Display for the Quick Crystals. At the second store the Cashier had them by the Cash Register. I had an extra one, but he offere to let me have another one!

    I know people always say that you can't use a coupon and a RR, but this is a perfect example that you can. They are placing the coupons on the display, and even offering them at the checkout in NWA!
