  1. I see in the Walgreens circular that there is a mail in rebate in the Breeze 2/Contour boxes (the circular advertises that these are "Free after mail in rebate in box.") Does that mean I could use the coupon from the paper to get it for free, receive a $5 RR AND send in my receipt/UPC for mail in rebate?

  2. Great Question!

    When you use the coupon from the paper, they are required to write down the upc from the box of the meter on the coupon. So you will not receive the mail in rebate also. Just the register rewards.

    Meter companies are known for not sending back rebates if they have any reason to believe you might have used a coupon also, so your best bet is to use the coupon only and the register rewards.

    I find it interesting that they advertise the Free after Rebate and RR in the same ad. Seems like they know we will be making money off this. I haven't ever see it advertised with two offers on the same product.
