Good Deal on Jillian Michaels DVD

I just found this Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred Workout DVD on sale at Amazon for $8.49 (New) I purchased this about 2 months ago new at Target for $13.00 (on sale)



Now I must admit I am not the most disciplined person ever when it comes to working out, but this is a great video. It combines interval training with cardio and only takes about 20 minutes a day!


Just wanted to pass this deal along if any of you are looking for a great workout DVD.
